Medlemspension goes live with GetOrganized in just 40 days
Medlemspension A/S manages the consolidation of three pension funds and approx.
10,000 members. In just 40 days Netcompany has helped Medlemspension install, establish,
design and set up a basic DMS portal with GetOrganized, which gives Medlemspension
a number of new possibilities to improve the level of service for their members.
Cases can now often be immediately dealt with over the phone as all information
concerning individual members is electronically available in one case and that makes
it easy for administrative personnel to quickly search or make decisions about the
member’s situation. The solution’s similarity to Word meant that Medlemspension’s
employees quickly accepted and started using it.
